
Cancellation Policy

At Pose Pilates, we understand that plans can change. To ensure fairness for all clients and to keep our classes running smoothly, we have the following cancellation policy in place:
1. Class Rescheduling & Cancellations
- You may reschedule your class free of charge if you do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time. This can be done via our booking system or by contacting us directly.
- Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the class start time will be charged in full, and the session will not be credited or refunded.
2. No-Shows
- If you do not attend a booked class and have not rescheduled in advance (as per the 24-hour policy), the session will still be charged in full.
3. Late Arrivals
- If you arrive late to a class, you may be unable to join, as late entry can disrupt the session. In this case, the class will be considered a no-show, and the session fee will apply.
4. Exceptions
- We understand that emergencies happen. If you have exceptional circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate you at our discretion.
